About the role Join the dynamic team at Garmin Chonburi (Thailand) Ltd. as an Assistant Engineer (IQC) in our Chon Buri location. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our innovative products. Leverage your electrical and electronic engineering expertise to contribute to the success of our global brand. What you'll be doing · Fully understand QC’s routine work such as checking raw materials, measuring dimensions and etc. Assist with QC’s work when needed. · Adjust IQC system control parameters. · Follow MRB issue of incoming material and deal with supplier. · Analyze abnormal data and summarize daily and monthly report. · Update inspection specification for IQC standard. · Support technical issues for purchasing and technical departments. · Involve supplier quality audit and prepare reports. · Supervise and instruct on site work to improve inspection efficiency. · Guide and assess new inspector on training and operation. · Negotiate parts return, exchanging and lot tracking. · Allocate FA (First Article) sample and fixture, equipment to file and save. · Assist PQE with their request. What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or a relevant field 0-3 years of experience in a similar quality assurance or control role, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry Others: Understanding of electronic manufacturing and quality is a plus. Basic skill of computer operation: Using Excel, Word and PowerPoint of related Microsoft Office software. Proficiency in English or Chinese will be an advantage.
