About the role Modernform Group Public Company Limited is seeking a QC Engineer to join our quality assurance and quality control team. This is a full-time position based in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan. As a QC Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products throughout the manufacturing and logistics processes. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company quality objectives. This position is integral to our commitment to delivering excellence in the furniture and office solutions sector. Key responsibilities Conduct comprehensive quality inspections and testing of products at various stages of production, from raw materials through to finished goods Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards aligned with company specifications and industry best practices Monitor production processes to identify deviations and implement corrective actions to prevent defects Document quality control test results and maintain detailed records for traceability and compliance purposes Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and optimise manufacturing processes Perform statistical analysis on quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations and customer requirements Conduct audits of production facilities and supplier quality systems as required Train and support production staff on quality standards and procedures Prepare quality reports and present findings to management for decision-making What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing or a related discipline Proven experience as a QC Engineer or Quality Control Specialist in a manufacturing environment, ideally within the furniture, automotive, electronics or logistics industries Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, including ISO 9001 standards and statistical process control (SPC) Experience with quality inspection tools and equipment, such as measuring instruments, test equipment and quality management software Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and specifications Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments and levels of the organisation Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions Familiarity with international quality standards such as ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 or equivalent is highly desirable Proficiency in English and Thai is required; additional languages are advantageous Computer literacy with experience in quality management systems (QMS) software What we offer At Modernform Group Public Company Limited, we are committed to creating a supportive and progressive workplace.
