We are seeking a skilled and proactive System and Network Administrator to join our IT infrastructure support team. In this role, you will be responsible for the growth plus stability, integrity, and security of our hybrid infrastructure. You will work across physical data centers and cloud environments to ensure high availability and performance for end-users and business operations. Responsibilities: Virtualization & Linux: Manage and maintain Linux servers and Virtual Machine (VM) environments (e.g., Proxmox, EXSi). Data Center Operations: Perform hands-on data center operations, including hardware installation, cabling, asset management, and troubleshooting physical servers. Network Administration: Handle the installation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of network equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, and access points) to ensure optimal network performance and redundancy. Security Compliance: Apply cybersecurity principles to protect infrastructure against threats, manage access controls, and ensure compliance with security policies. Microsoft Environment Management: Administer and support enterprise-level Microsoft environments, including Active Directory (AD) , Group Policy, and Windows 11 workstations. Monitor and respond promptly to alerts across the entire infrastructure environment, including servers, workstations, databases, network devices, and SIP-based phone systems etc. Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure support, with a focus on system and network administration. Technical Proficiencies: Solid understanding of Linux administration and virtualized environments. Demonstrated experience in network administration (firewall, switch, NAS/SAN, lan/wan security). Proven hands-on experience in data center operations. Strong experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Windows 11. Desirable Skills/Experience: Provide comprehensive user support across remote and in-person channels, ensuring timely resolution of IT-related incidents and service requests. Strong troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose complex technical issues involving multiple systems (network, OS, hardware) under pressure. Self-learner: Must be able to independently research new technologies and adapt to a fast-paced, evolving environment. You might have: Experience supporting cloud services (Google Cloud Platform (GCP) , Amazon Web Services (AWS) , or Microsoft Azure). Knowledge or experience in Database Administration (e.g., MSSQL Oracle, TiDB).
