What you’ll be doing? Deliver comprehensive post-contract quantity surveying services, including contract administration, cost estimation, cost control, and final account settlement for designated projects Serve as the primary liaison with clients' consultants and manage subcontractor engagements Address and resolve critical contractual issues, including extension of time and loss and expense claims Who are we looking for? Degree or Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building Studies, or a related discipline Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrable involvement in sizable projects—experience gained within a main contractor or fitting-out contractor environment is highly advantageous Practical site experience is essential, complemented by strong interpersonal and negotiation capabilities Self-motivated, well-organised, and responsible, with the ability to perform effectively under pressure Proficient in MS Office applications Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (both written and spoken) Why you should consider this opportunity?
