About the role This role involves sourcing, identifying, screening, and evaluating suitable KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliate Creators that align with the brand across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant platforms. You will develop, manage, and expand MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partnerships and Top Creator networks to support marketing strategies and drive sales performance (GMV). You will plan and execute content strategies and marketing campaigns, including Live Commerce, Short Video Content, Affiliate Campaigns, and promotional activities across all channels. Key responsibilities Source, identify, screen, and evaluate suitable KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliate Creators that align with the brand across TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, and other relevant platforms Develop, manage, and expand MCN (Multi-Channel Network) partnerships and Top Creator networks to support marketing strategies and drive sales performance (GMV) Plan and execute content strategies and marketing campaigns, including Live Commerce, Short Video Content, Affiliate Campaigns, and promotional activities across all channels Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, content trends, and performance metrics (e.g., Conversion Rate, CTR, Engagement Rate) to optimize campaign effectiveness and maximize results Monitor, analyze, and evaluate the performance of KOLs, Influencers, and Affiliates against established KPIs, providing reports and strategic insights for continuous campaign improvement Build and maintain strong relationships with Creators, MCNs, and business partners Collaborate closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Creative, to ensure successful campaign execution and achievement of business objectives Lead, manage, and develop team members by setting goals, delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and fostering continuous professional growth Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL, Influencer, or Affiliate Marketing, particularly on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada Strong knowledge of TikTok Seller Center, TikTok Affiliate Program, and affiliate platforms on Shopee and Lazada Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing teams and driving performance to achieve KPIs Creative thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of generating innovative ideas and making strategic decisions Strong team player with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and perform effectively under pressure Basic to intermediate proficiency in English and Chinese
