Key Responsibilities 1. Sales & Operations Strategy Define and lead the overall Sales and Branch Operations performance strategy in alignment with the company's business direction and growth objectives. Translate corporate strategy into clear sales, operational, and performance priorities across the branch network. Identify opportunities to improve sales productivity, branch performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen the effectiveness and scalability of the Sales and Operations organization. Partner with senior executives and business leaders to develop and execute business growth and performance improvement strategies. 2. Enterprise Performance & KPI Management Establish the overall performance management framework for Sales and Branch Operations. Design and govern KPI structures that effectively align individual, team, branch, and business-unit performance with corporate objectives. Set performance targets and ensure they are challenging, measurable, and aligned with business priorities. Establish performance review mechanisms and governance to ensure accountability across the organization. Provide senior management with insights into performance trends, key business drivers, risks, and opportunities. Lead performance improvement initiatives for underperforming branches, regions, or business units. 3. Sales Commission & Incentive Strategy Lead the development and governance of commission and incentive strategies for Sales and eligible operational positions. Ensure incentive structures are aligned with business strategy, sales objectives, profitability, productivity, and desired behaviors. Regularly review and optimize commission schemes to drive sustainable performance while maintaining cost effectiveness. Establish governance and principles for incentive design across different roles, channels, and business units. Work closely with HR, Finance, Sales, and Operations leadership to ensure transparency, accuracy, competitiveness, and effectiveness of incentive programs. Evaluate the ROI and business impact of incentive programs and recommend strategic improvements to senior management. 4. Sales Performance & Business Review Lead the enterprise-wide monitoring and review of sales performance against annual, quarterly, and monthly targets. Establish a structured performance review process across regions, branches, and business units. Analyze sales performance, productivity, customer trends, and operational metrics to identify key performance drivers. Challenge business assumptions and provide data-driven recommendations to improve business outcomes. Drive timely corrective actions and performance recovery plans where targets are at risk. Present strategic performance insights and recommendations to the Executive Committee and senior management. 5. Sales & Operations Alignment Serve as the key strategic link between Sales, Branch Operations, Head Office, and supporting functions. Ensure alignment between commercial strategy, operational execution, resources, and performance expectations. Establish effective mechanisms for cascading corporate strategies, targets, policies, and key initiatives throughout the branch network. Consolidate insights and feedback from branches and translate them into strategic recommendations for senior management. Resolve cross-functional issues that may impact sales and operational performance. 6. Performance Transformation & Continuous Improvement Lead initiatives to transform Sales and Operations performance through process improvement, data, technology, and new ways of working. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve productivity, and enhance branch execution. Promote a performance-driven culture with clear accountability and ownership. Establish best practices and performance benchmarks across branches and regions. Lead strategic change initiatives that improve organizational effectiveness and business scalability. 7. Leadership & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop high-performing teams across relevant Sales Performance, Operations Performance, Strategy, or related functions. Build strong relationships with C-Level executives, business unit leaders, regional leaders, branch management, and corporate functions. Influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions without relying solely on direct authority. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement. Act as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO and Executive Committee on Sales and Operations performance matters. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Operations, or a related field. 10+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Retail Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Performance, Sales Strategy, or related functions. Strong track record in managing large-scale sales or multi-branch operations environments. Demonstrated experience in developing enterprise-level KPI and performance management frameworks. Strong experience in designing and optimizing sales commission and incentive structures. Experience in driving business transformation, productivity improvement, and performance enhancement initiatives. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of revenue, profitability, productivity, and operational drivers. Strong analytical capabilities and ability to translate complex business data into strategic decisions. Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
