About the role We are seeking a QA Engineer to join Modernform Group Public Company Limited in our Bang Phli, Samut Prakan facility. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products throughout the manufacturing and transport processes. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality assurance protocols, conducting rigorous testing, and working collaboratively with production teams to uphold our high standards of excellence. This position is essential to our commitment to delivering superior products to our customers and maintaining our reputation as an industry leader. Key responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures and standards across manufacturing and transport operations Conduct comprehensive testing and inspection of products at various stages of production to identify defects and non-conformities Document quality control findings and prepare detailed reports on test results and quality metrics Investigate product failures and quality issues, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality concerns and optimise manufacturing processes Perform statistical analysis and quality trend monitoring to identify areas for improvement Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and customer specifications Train and support production staff on quality standards and best practices Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation projects Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities and maintain documentation systems What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or lean manufacturing principles Proficiency in using quality control tools and testing equipment relevant to the manufacturing industry Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across different departments Experience with statistical process control and data analysis Familiarity with quality management software and databases is advantageous Certification in quality assurance (such as ASQ CQE or similar) is preferred but not essential What we offer At Modernform Group Public Company Limited, we are committed to supporting the professional development and wellbeing of our team members.
