Accountabilities: Arrange and monitor annual tonnage tax payments and other vessel-related payments, while continuously enhancing procedures and KPI performance Assist in coordinating and monitoring newbuilding-related payments Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to prepare, consolidate, and review monthly reports Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning activities Liaise with relevant parties on document reviews, compliance matters, and certificate renewals Conduct high-quality analyses and provide support for ad hoc projects and assignments Requirements: University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within the shipping industry Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Mature, well-organized, and results-driven, with strong attention to detail Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage Proficient in Windows applications and Microsoft Office applications Please send your application letter with detailed resume and expected salary by clicking "Apply Now" and quote the reference number on the subject (Data collected will be used for recruitment purpose only.) http://www.oocl.com
