Roles and Duties Oversee daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards efficiently. Handle complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships. Conduct regular center visits to evaluate performance, deliver constructive feedback, and establish goals. Develop and implement strategies to maintain high-quality center performance. Address parental concerns promptly to build trust and maintain open, effective communication. Ensure accurate record-keeping and generate timely reports to support operation. Basic Qualifications Diploma or above in a related discipline, with 5 years relevant work experience. Strong communication and quick problem solving skills. Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask. Positive and can-do attitude. Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin. Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Operation Manager.
