Officer / Senior Officer, Information Technology (E-Commerce operations)

A member of the Information Technology (IT), who will be required to: Support IT-related projects and implementations. Collect and analyze user requirements to prepare functional and technical specifications. Design and develop agile and quick solutions to support requests Arrange and conduct User Acceptance Testing for EC-related systems and IT-related projects. Provide daily technical support and troubleshooting for EC-related systems. Assist in e-commerce operations (O2O) by working/monitoring on-site. Provide training and support to end-users on e-commerce systems with presenting system demonstration. Manage and maintain IT-related documentations including incidents/work requests management in EC-related systems with regular analysis. Work with cross-functional and global teams to align IT initiatives with business objectives, particularly the EC operation team, digital marketing team and logistic team and call center team, and liaise external partners on related matters. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline. At least 4 years of relevant experience in IT field, preferably gained in e-commerce area, with experience in implementing IT systems, integrations and system development. Solid experience in the system development life cycle from user requirements/design to system rollout and maintenance. Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong self-motivation and ability to work independently. Be proactive and able to work under pressure and meet tight schedules. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Immediate availability is an advantage. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer.
