Stationed full-time on-site at Bangkok Data Center, working permanent 24/7 rotating shifts covering day, night, weekends and all Thai public holidays. Overtime arrangement shall be accepted based on operational demands. Complete racking and stacking of GPU, CPU, storage and network equipment; implement power, Ethernet and InfiniBand cabling per unified standard operating procedures. Conduct hardware diagnostic testing, coordinate hardware RMA processes with vendors, replace defective hardware components following industry standards and complete hard drive destruction procedures as required. Complete daily maintenance for compute clusters and high-speed networks; record cluster and network abnormal issues, verify BIOS, firmware and OS image configurations and resolve simple faults of InfiniBand, RoCE and Ethernet. Monitor infrastructure via internal operation tools, conduct first-level incident triage, escalate issues to supervisors within required response time per incident severity and handle common incidents following official runbooks. Conduct daily inspections on power, busway, cooling, humidity, CDU, rack and network equipment; update hardware asset and spare parts inventory regularly to ensure complete and clear equipment labeling and documentation. Prepare daily operation reports, incident reports and inventory update records; fully comply with on-site physical security and access control management rules. Adhere to unified site communication specifications and only use designated official communication channels for daily operation coordination. Basic Qualifications: Have practical experience in server hardware maintenance or data center on-site operation, able to fully implement standard operation procedures. Possess basic understanding of server, storage and network cabling, capable of independent troubleshooting of common simple hardware faults. Basic familiarity with switches, optical transceivers and other general network equipment is preferred. Accept rotating day and night shifts, weekend and holiday on-duty work, cooperate with overtime schedules; Strictly follow standard operating procedures and incident escalation rules, complete all operation work in compliance with site regulations. Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other related technical majors; 1–2 years relevant data center or IT hardware operation experience. Candidates with working experience in GPU or AI server data center will be prioritized.
