Responsibilities: Source and develop fabric materials according to buyer requirements Co-ordinate with mills and suppliers for sampling, pricing, and bulk production Monitor fabric development timelines and ensure on-time delivery Conduct fabric quality checks and follow up on testing requirements Maintain accurate records of orders and production status Resolve Fabric-related issues during sampling and production stages Other duties assigned by supervisor Job Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Textile Merchandising or related field Minimum 5 years of experience in fabric merchandising or textile industry Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua) Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Chinese Word Processing
