Risk Management (Management Level)

About the role We are seeking a talented Risk Management professional to join our team in Bangkok as a Risk Management (Management Level) at ÆON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Co., Ltd. This is a full-time position based in Khlong Toei, Bangkok. In this strategic role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing and managing the company's risk exposure, ensuring robust risk management practices are in place to support the overall objectives of the organization. Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive risk management frameworks, policies and procedures to identify, assess, mitigate and monitor risks across the organization Conduct risk assessments, analyse data and generate reports to provide senior management with timely and accurate information on the company's risk profile Collaborate cross-functionally to raise risk awareness, embed a risk-conscious culture and ensure effective risk management practices are adopted across the business Advise on risk-related matters and recommend appropriate controls and strategies to manage identified risks Monitor and review the effectiveness of risk management activities, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement Provide training and guidance to staff on risk management principles and best practices Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines and emerging risk trends to ensure the company's risk management approach remains robust and compliant Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in risk management, preferably within the banking or financial services industry Strong understanding of risk management principles, frameworks and best practices Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, monitoring and reporting Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights Skilled in developing and implementing risk management strategies and policies Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities to influence and drive change Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CRM, CISA, CISM) would be an advantage
