Responsibilities Perform preventive maintenance and automated processes to maintain Corporate Email system (Office 365) at optimal performance Maintain and monitor Email infrastructure availability Maintain documentation for operation and administration Manage and configure SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online to fit company needs Manage Enterprise Application provisioning within M365/Azure AD Deliver expertise on Office 365 and Azure AD with focus on security and architecture Implement and manage MFA capabilities, including Conditional Access policies Implement and maintain email security measures (anti-phishing, anti-spam, DMARC/DKIM/SPF, Check Point and Microsoft Defender for Office 365) Use PowerShell to automate tasks, provisioning, and access reviews Modernize and automate the access review process (periodic recertification) Leverage AI tools to enhance daily operations (troubleshooting, log analysis, reporting) Assist in email domain migration (on-premise to Office 365) Support Active Directory synchronization onto O365 Troubleshoot O365/M365 configuration, MFA, email security, and services with IT team and vendors Work with vendors for project delivery Stay current with Office 365 updates, roadmaps, and third-party solutions Requirements Bachelor's Degree in IT or equivalent experience with 3 years of relevant working experience Experience in Office 365 administration (including SharePoint) Experience with on-premise to Office 365 migration projects Practical experience with M365 services (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and others) Microsoft certifications are a plus Proficient in Windows OS Strong PowerShell scripting skills for automation and provisioning Hands-on experience with MFA and Conditional Access in Azure AD Knowledge of email security protocols Experience with automated access review and recertification Basic AI knowledge for IT operations (e.g., Copilot) Understanding of ITIL Framework and Change processes Ability to prioritize and self-manage workloads Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin Candidate with more experience can be considered as Senior Engineer If you have the energy and qualifications to add to our velocity, Please visit KLN Company Webpage to apply or send your CV with your present and expected salary to Human Resources & Administration Department by clicking Quick Apply . Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully.
