Responsibilities Manage procurement activities for CAPEX projects, machinery, equipment, construction, and engineering services. Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers, contractors, and service providers. Prepare RFQs/RFPs, conduct bid comparisons, and support supplier selection. Manage contracts, delivery schedules, project costs, and contractor performance. Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Maintenance, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Monitor CAPEX spending, ensure policy compliance, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Project Procurement, Engineering Procurement, or CAPEX Procurement Experience in machinery, equipment, construction, or engineering procurement Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills ERP/SAP knowledge preferred Good command of English
