Responsibilities Support Seihan operations including production volume, capacity, and schedule management Coordinate monthly production and new model schedules based on sales and production updates Analyze CKD orders and monitor part conditions to ensure smooth operations Support sales unit budget planning and perform variance analysis between plan and actual results Prepare reports and data analysis to support management decision-making Coordinate with Sales, Production, SCM, and global teams to improve operational efficiency Monitor production schedules and support continuous improvement activities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, or related fields Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Automotive business or related fields Experience in Production Planning, Sales Planning, Supply Chain, or Operations is preferred Good understanding of automotive business flow, logistics, and supply chain operations Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills Good communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams Good command of English skill (TOEIC 650) Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tool Working Location : Asian Honda Motor, Sarasin Building, Bangrak (BTS: Surasak station)
