As we expand our impact across Hong Kong, Macau, and Greater China, we are looking for a proactive, growth-minded Membership Development Officer to drive key initiatives and shape the future of our community. Key Responsibilities l Member Growth and Engagement: Drive recruitment initiatives, enhance member experience, and maintain excellent relationship management with professionals. l Event and Program Management: End-to-end coordination, promotion, and execution of continuing education programs, professional workshops, and flagship conferences. l Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with tertiary education institutions, regional sister entities, and international financial planning associations. l Global Liaison: Serve as a key operational liaison between the local chapter, regional entities, and the US headquarters. l Operational Excellence: Support core administrative and operational workflows to ensure seamless chapter management. Candidate Profile l Education: Tertiary education graduate (Degree or Higher Diploma in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related disciplines preferred). l Communication Skills: Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). l Digital and Tech Savvy: Proficient in IT, digital tools, and standard office software. l Mindset: Passionate about community building, networking, and professional service. l Work Style: A collaborative team player who is also self-motivated and capable of taking ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
