About the Role Jacpa Educare Indonesia (JACPA) is looking for enthusiastic and qualified coaches to join our team and deliver Gymnastics and Taekwondo programs for Pre-school and Primary students. We are hiring for two coaching positions: Gymnastics Coach (Female) Taekwondo Coach Key Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging Gymnastics or Taekwondo lessons for students. Maintain effective class management and a safe, positive learning environment. Monitor students’ participation, progress, and skill development. Ensure the proper use of sports equipment and maintain safety and hygiene standards. Support JACPA events, school activities, and the implementation of yearly and semester programs. Work closely with the JACPA management, teachers, and parents to support students’ development and the quality of the program. Requirements Gymnastics Coach (Female) Minimum 1 year of experience as a Gymnastics Coach, Gymnastics Instructor, or Gymnastics Teacher. Good knowledge of gymnastics techniques, training methods, and safety practices. Experience teaching or coaching children is preferred. Relevant gymnastics certification is an advantage. Taekwondo Coach Minimum 1 year of experience as a Taekwondo Coach, Taekwondo Instructor, or Taekwondo Teacher. Good knowledge of Taekwondo techniques, fundamentals, training methods, and safety practices. Experience teaching or coaching children is preferred. Relevant Taekwondo certification or recognized belt qualification is an advantage. General Requirements Experience working with children is highly preferred. Strong class management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Able to work with students with different personalities, abilities, and behaviors. Energetic and able to maintain an engaging classroom environment. Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; conversational English is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Physical Education, Sports Science, or a related field is preferred.
