Location: Bangkok Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Work Arrangement: Hybrid — work from home up to 2 days per week after probation About the Role We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Officer to join an international design and consulting environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys developing new business, building relationships with decision-makers, and creating opportunities across the built environment and corporate solutions sector. You will play an important role in expanding the company's client network, understanding business challenges, and introducing solutions that combine design, consulting, technology, and project expertise. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales and business targets. Proactively approach potential clients through networking, market research, referrals, and cold calling. Meet with prospective clients to understand their business needs and develop appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and lead client meetings. Negotiate commercial terms and proposals with prospective clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers. Research market conditions, customer needs, and industry trends to identify new opportunities. Monitor business and market trends and provide insights for sales strategy and forecasting. Prepare sales reports, maintain accurate client records, and support business planning activities. Coordinate with internal design, consulting, and project teams to develop proposals and client solutions. Contribute to sales forecasting and budget planning. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or related commercial roles , preferably with experience handling B2B clients. Demonstrated track record of achieving sales KPIs or business development targets. Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in MS Office and general computer applications. Good command of English, with TOEIC 600+ or equivalent . Willingness to travel domestically and within ASEAN when required. Japanese language skills at conversational level or above would be an advantage. Experience working with Japanese companies or Japanese clients is a plus. A proactive and independent working style with the ability to create new business opportunities from the ground up. Why Join Us?
