Job Descriptions: 1. Responsible for basic spare parts sales in the West Kalimantan region; organize spare parts quotations, sales documents, and warehouse outbound reconciliation records; track the entire order process to ensure the smooth completion and delivery of spare parts orders. 2. Collaborate with Chinese sales staff to liaise with Indonesian project owners, local distributors, and end customers; handle daily customer communication, demand inquiries, and after-sales support. 3. Collect real-time spare parts demand information from projects and distributors, compile demand lists, and share them with the Chinese supervisor; promptly report information of interest to customers, such as stock shortages, lead times, and pricing. 4. Collaborate with the warehouse to verify spare parts upon receipt and shipment, update inventory ledgers, conduct regular inventory counts of best-selling and frequently used spare parts, and share inventory status to facilitate accurate order processing. 5. Track customer payment progress, organize reconciliation documents and account details, and promptly notify the Chinese supervisor of any payment anomalies, outstanding balances, and other risk-related information. 6. Establish customer and project files for the region, regularly update customer collaboration status, compile sales data and monthly business reports, and provide data support for regional spare parts sales planning. Qualifications: 1. Proficient in spoken and written Indonesian, with basic Chinese communication skills; able to seamlessly handle bilingual (Chinese-Indonesian) business coordination and document translation. 2. Proficient in using office software such as Excel and Word; able to independently prepare quotations, ledgers, and business reports; possesses basic data organization skills. 3. Bachelor’s degree; fluent in communication; patient and meticulous; strong commitment to maintaining client relationships; able to independently liaise with local clients and follow work assignments from Chinese staff. 4. Willing to be stationed long-term in Pontianak; adaptable to an overseas work model; highly responsible and proactive; capable of coordinating and resolving basic issues.
