Key Roles & Responsibilities · Develop GTM and trade marketing plans for new product launches, key campaigns and priority portfolios across assigned channels. · Translate brand and product strategy into account-specific execution plans for BaNANA / Com7, JIB, IT City, Jaymart, TG and iStudio / Apple-focused retail. · Design promotion mechanics, retail activation, product visibility, merchandising, display, demo, promoter and training programs as applicable. · Build and manage launch calendars, campaign plans and execution timelines jointly with Product, Channel Management and Sales. · Work directly with retailers to secure participation, visibility and execution quality while balancing retailer needs, brand objectives and commercial returns. · Monitor sell-out, stock turn, campaign effectiveness, retail execution quality and ROI; recommend corrective actions quickly when performance is below plan. · Conduct competitor benchmarking on pricing, promotions, product positioning, visibility, launch activity and in-store / online execution. · Coordinate with brands / vendors on marketing programs, launch support, funding, campaign materials and execution requirements. · Conduct regular store and channel checks to understand real market conditions rather than relying only on reports. · Capture retailer, store and shopper feedback and convert insights into better future GTM plans. · Work collaboratively across teams and take end-to-end ownership from planning through execution and post-campaign review. Key Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field. · Typically 4–7 years of relevant experience in GTM, Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, Retail Marketing or Commercial Marketing. · Strong English communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate product and brand strategies into clear GTM plans and effectively present recommendations to internal teams and brand partners. · Experience in smartphone, IT, consumer electronics, gadget, smart living or lifestyle technology products is strongly preferred. · Hands-on experience working with major retail chains such as BaNANA / Com7, JIB, IT City, Jaymart, TG, iStudio or similar accounts. · Strong understanding of retail execution, product launches, promotion mechanics, shopper conversion and sell-out drivers. · Understands differences in customer profile, operating model and execution style among key retailers and can tailor plans accordingly. · Commercial mindset with ability to balance brand building, sales, margin and inventory objectives. · Good analytical skills; able to turn sell-out, inventory and campaign data into practical actions. · Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills; able to manage multiple launches and campaigns simultaneously. · Passionate, energetic and hands-on; enjoys being close to the market, retailers and stores. · Collaborative working style with strong interpersonal skills; able to influence without formal authority and work effectively with diverse teams.
