Employee Relation Assistant

Key responsibilities Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair, consistent, and timely manner. Conduct investigations related to employee complaints, violations, or concerns, and recommend appropriate actions. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and client workplace standards. Coordinate with operations, HR, and client partners regarding employee performance and behavioral issues. Support the deployment and monitoring of workers, ensuring good working conditions and addressing concerns raised from client sites. Maintain accurate documentation of all employee relations cases, including reports and resolutions. Participate in employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work culture. Conduct admin hearings if necessary. Attend DOLE hearings, SENA and other related hearings. Ensure updated disciplinary action monitoring. About you Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, or any related field. At least 2 years of experience in Employee or Labor Relations, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency. In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and disciplinary processes. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Good problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities. Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle multiple accounts or sites.
