Responsibilities Leading and managing sourcing and procurement projects for contracted MRO services, including tender processes, supplier selection, contract negotiations, implementation, and transition into operational execution. Conducting comprehensive market analysis of the MRO landscape to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, and high-performing suppliers that support business objectives. Supporting the implementation and optimization of regional material cycle management initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency. Identifying and driving initiatives that enhance material availability, reduce costs, and explore alternative production and sourcing solutions. Performing commercial assessments of supplier proposals and leading negotiations to secure favorable commercial and contractual outcomes. Supporting strategic and cross-functional projects, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A), customer-related initiatives, digital tool implementation, and process improvement programs. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure procurement strategies align with operational, technical, and business requirements. Requirements A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline. At least 3 years of experience in technical procurement, sourcing, engineering, or supply chain management, preferably within the aviation MRO sector or a comparable technical services environment. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively. Proven project management skills and a structured, results-oriented approach to work. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and supplier relationship management skills. A proactive mindset with the ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and demonstrate resilience in a dynamic business environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with SAP and Power BI is highly desirable. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
