Program Structure: 🇹🇭 Step 1: Minimum 6 months in Thailand Gain experience and develop your skills in your home country. 🇸🇬 Step 2: 9-month On-the-Job Training at YCH Singapore HQ Develop your professional and leadership capabilities through hands-on experience.
