Responsibility: Initiate material planning process improvement. Set goals & objectives for the team and provide measurements to assess the performance. Analyze, plan and purchase materials according to demand (Data Analysis). Monitor and expedite materials delivery and exercise inventory control to ensure continuous suppliers. Responsible for material commitment to support customer demand. Generate monthly reports to measure and track KPI for the team. Promptly resolve any problems related to materials. Perform other duties as assigned. Description: Bachelor Degree or higher in any fields. Experience in Semiconductor or Electronics Industry is a must. Minimum of 4-7 years managerial experience in material management Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain management system. Ability to cope with dynamic working environment and work well under pressure. Working experience in IC manufacturing industry is preferable. Proficient in MS office and SAP Strong customer orientation adaptable to changing customer demands. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
