Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities: Conduct telecom consulting business planning, market research and industry analysis, covering project pricing and benefit assessment to support business strategy. Collaborate with company group, provincial branches, internal teams and external partners to manage the full lifecycle of consulting products. Develop consulting product marketing strategies to enhance market competitiveness and drive product commercialization and scaled growth. Partner with sales teams and overseas operators to explore and track new consulting business opportunities. Deliver end-to-end pre-sales support including demand discovery, solution design, PoC and bidding for consulting projects. Coordinate internal and external parties to ensure high-quality project delivery, and fulfill ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Business, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5-8 years' relevant experience in the telecommunications industry, and at least 3 years dedicated to international consulting projects. Capable of independently developing and delivering consulting projects Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage. Excellent cross-functional communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
