This Position Reports to : Senior Software Engineer/Assistant Software Manager/Software Manager Prime Function: 1. Support and promote factories in Thailand with the MES system to develop production processes that are of high quality and meet global production standards. 2. Collaborate with all relevant departments to achieve goals. 3. Identify problems, analyze, classify types and severity levels from issues in developing the MES system. 4. Support activities or tasks related to the MES system to ensure correct understanding and consistent implementation. 5. Be part of the team to design and develop software/database according to company procedures. Responsibility: 1.Strictly follow the GPV Group Code of Conduct. 2.Ensure that you have been trained and strictly follow our safety rules at workplace. 3.Ensure compliance with the company's management system, policies and rules. 4. Onsite driver and coordinator of the MES project and executing at E-TH. 5. Ensure the pilot solution is adhering to existing ERP, MES standalone system, and current production system baseline (e.g., SMT, THT, Test and Mechanical Assembly lines). 6. Regularly monitor the MES system to ensure it operates continuously. 7. Learn the MES templates and software. Participate in MES vendor workshops, trainings, and on-the-job training. 8. Coordinate the MES global team for implementation progression. 9. Stakeholder management on both the execution and management level at E-TH and afterwards in operational execution. 10. Facilitate the change management and training academy in implementing a MES system on both production, management, and reporting level. 11. The MES project is part of GPV’s digitalization journey towards “Smart factory” and Industry 4.0. 12. Analyze and understand the GPV group production processes and can see how MES can support these processes and enhance them, and/or has production knowledge within EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services). 13. Improve job flow in all departments by using computer hardware/software. Qualification (Education/ Work experience/ Skill): 1. Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field. 2.Experience in Manufacturing Executive System (Aegis Factory Logix is preferable). 3.Good command for English and Computer skills. 4.Possess problem-solving, communication and project management skills. 5.Positive attitude towards teamwork and the ability to adapt to change. 6.Experienced in PCBA industries including SMT and THT technologies. 7.Knowledge/experienced in XML/CSV processing and networking. 8.Knowledge/experienced in basic data mining. 9.Analytic skills and Dashboard visualization. 10.Systematic problem solving and decision making. 11.Be able to negotiate with superiors for changing and work proactively. 12.Fluent in English for international communication including written and verbal. 13.Knowledge/experienced in Project Management or SDLC is a plus.
