For someone who wants to build the tools a real company runs on — not toy projects, but systems people depend on every day. Here you'll take a messy business problem, turn it into something shippable, and see it live in production with your name on it. You'll cut out repetitive work, make data trustworthy, and keep the internal machinery humming. We've already set the tech stack and the standards, and the big architecture calls get a second pair of eyes — so you can move fast with AI coding tools and still stand behind everything you ship. All we ask is that you can explain your code, check it, and own its quality. WHAT YOU'LL DO From Problem to Plan Sit with the real business problem and turn it into requirements, acceptance criteria, and a delivery plan. Build Ship internal web apps in TypeScript, React, and Next.js. Design and build APIs, database schemas, and data integrations. Work with PostgreSQL and Supabase within the standards we've set. Make It Trustworthy Write unit, integration, and browser tests scaled to how risky the work is — don't lean on manual clicking. Handle authentication, authorization, and secrets safely. Set up monitoring, error handling, backup, and recovery so problems surface early and nothing is lost. Run It in Production Deploy, read the logs, and debug production issues methodically — trace the cause, don't guess. Document your work so the next person can review it and pick it up. Use AI Well Lean on AI agentic coding tools (Codex, Claude Code, or equivalent) to go faster — then review the code, tests, dependencies, migrations, and security before it goes live. Speed is welcome; blind trust is not. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-have ~1–2 yrs building software, or a portfolio that proves you can (or less, if you learn fast). Solid JavaScript / TypeScript, plus React and web app basics. Comfortable with SQL, relational databases, and data design. Understand REST APIs, webhooks, authentication, and authorization. Use Git and can walk someone through how you fixed something. Can write and read tests — not a manual-testing-only developer. Read a log, isolate the cause, and fix a bug systematically. Can read technical English documentation. Use an AI coding agent with judgment, not on autopilot. Nice-to-have A CS degree is not required — bring the fundamentals and the portfolio and we're interested. ABOUT MOOVE / NUTRITION PLUS Nutrition Plus is a Thai health & wellness brand behind MOOVE — we develop, produce, and retail our own products. We're a growing team that loves people who want to get better every day. If you like solving real problems, want to understand a business from the inside, and hope to grow into owning systems end to end — you'll find the systems, the mentorship, and the room to grow right here.

That number includes positions in India (9,577), Poland (3,429), the United States (1,753), Singapore (787), and Brazil (779). If you're looking to move or work remotely, check which countries match your goals — then filter WorkMundi by location to see what's actually hiring near you.
Most developer ads you'll see are written in English: 18,397 of the 24,795. That doesn't tell you whether the job itself requires you to speak English or work in English daily, so read each posting carefully. Don't assume the language of the ad matches the language of the team.
The employers posting the most developer roles are Link Group (369 jobs), Upvanta (257), jobgether (226), and OfferZen (212). If you're applying to any of these, research their hiring patterns. They move fast and post often, which means they're either scaling hard or replacing people who didn't fit.
In your interview, expect this: 'Walk me through the last time you had to debug something that took you more than an hour. What was it, what did you try first, and what would you do differently?' Hiring managers ask this to see if you think systematically or just try random fixes. Have a real example ready with specifics.
