Assist in recruitment and onboarding (job postings, interviews, orientations). Administer employee benefits and handle related inquiries. Manage employee relations, including performance support and conflict resolution. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws. Prepare HR reports and conduct basic data analysis. Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters. Collaborate with management on HR policy improvement and implementation. At least 1 year of experience in HR roles (experience as a specialist or related role is an advantage). Willing to work onsite in Lipa, Batangas.
