About the role This role involves developing and implementing transportation management systems, fleet governance frameworks, and subcontractor management processes for an international logistics company. You will lead a small team of 4 FTEs and coordinate across multiple business units and departments to optimize fleet performance, cost control, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities Develop transportation management systems and dashboards for vehicle utilization, vehicle costing, fuel usage, mileage, operating hours, driver behavior, and repair and maintenance performance Establish fleet governance framework covering cost visibility, utilization review, R&M monitoring, exception reporting, and management review Coordinate with Business Units to identify low-utilization or high-cost vehicles and recommend improvement actions Develop subcontractor management framework, including price comparison, KPI measurement, performance review, and compliance monitoring Coordinate transportation policies, standards, and system implementation across Hong Kong Business Units Work with IT, Finance, Procurement, Operations, and vendors to improve data accuracy, system automation, and reporting discipline Lead a small team with 4 FTEs About you Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business, Engineering, Finance, or related disciplines Minimum 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in transportation, fleet management, cost control, subcontractor management, or system implementation Strong knowledge of vehicle utilization, fleet cost control, repair and maintenance management, subcontractor KPI, and transportation governance Strong analytical, reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills Experience with fleet management systems, telematics, TMS, Power BI, or dashboard tools is an advantage Valid Hong Kong driving license is preferred, as the role may require site visits to depots, workshops, subcontractor locations, and business unit operations Good command of English and Chinese.
