We love that you will… Strategic Finance Business Partnering - Partner with business units to understand their operations and financial needs, acting as a trusted advisor on strategic and tactical decisions, including CAPEX and process changes. Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting - Own and enhance financial models, templates, and processes for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Performance Monitoring - Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, connecting them to operational results, and drive cost control, benchmarking, and efficiency improvements. Financial Reporting & Communication - Prepare and present financial reports and variance analysis to senior management, translating results into clear business insight. Product Cost & Process Optimization - Monitor standard costing, BOM, and route impact, and drive process improvements across financial operations. Compliance & Risk Management - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policy, and lead efforts to identify and mitigate financial risks. Leadership & Team Development - Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, building a culture of accountability and continuous learning. Cost Center Ownership - Own financial planning, controlling, and reporting for COGS, CAPEX, and inventory under your responsible cost center (e.g. AAA, BB, Lamphun, I&PD, C&SQ, SC&S), including key productivity, cost, and inventory KPIs. We love that you are… - Master's degree; MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred, in Business Administration, Financial and Management Accounting, or a related field. - 7+ years of experience in business controlling/costing , including 2+ years of management experience. - Good English communication and self-confidence. - Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and a proactive, results-oriented leadership approach. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify solutions to complex business problems. - Ability to thrive and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to make hard decisions and the right trade-offs. - Able to effectively plan and efficiently deliver exceptional work while handling both volume and complexity. - Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills across the organization. - Curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset; self-motivated and hungry to work hard, willing to change. - An inspirational leader who practices genuine humility and places the team above their own interests, with the ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop a team of future leaders. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Power BI. - Strong presentation and storytelling skills.
