WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities : Supervise and actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including physical activities, system updates, and reporting Work alongside the team on physical tasks to ensure smooth workflows and timely completion of warehouse operations Controls and prevents any human error made during all handling process and keep good record of operation related documents Maintain warehouse security, ensure tidiness, and promote an organized, safe working environment with well-maintained equipment Investigate & follow up the discrepancy, accidents, complaints from customer or other departments, and proposes actions to management Support the Logistics Manager in executing assigned supervisory functions and logistics activities Assist in managing the performance of internal staff and external service providers to achieve operational excellence Assist in the control of logistics cost and ad-hoc project or any assigned duties e.g. Mid-Year and Year-End Stock Take events Requirements: Diploma or equivalent qualification Experience in warehouse operations and fleet management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must Hold a valid forklift operation license Mature, independent, and able to work under pressure while demonstrating integrity and cost-consciousness Attractive salary package will be offered to the right candidate.
