Customer Insight Manager

About the Role We are looking for a strategic and data-driven leader to transform customer data into actionable insights that drive customer engagement, loyalty, and business growth. This role will partner closely with Marketing, CRM, Commercial, Operations, and Technology teams to optimize customer strategies and deliver measurable business impact. Key Responsibilities Lead customer analytics, segmentation, and behavioral analysis to identify growth opportunities. Develop predictive models such as churn, retention, and customer lifetime value. Evaluate CRM and marketing campaign effectiveness and provide actionable recommendations. Build dashboards, KPI reporting, and executive insights for business decision-making. Integrate customer data from multiple sources to create a holistic customer view. Partner with cross-functional teams to drive a data-driven culture and business performance. Lead analytics innovation, automation, and self-service reporting capabilities. Qualifications Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related fields. 8+ years of experience in Customer Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or CRM Analytics. Strong expertise in customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and campaign performance analysis. Advanced SQL skills with experience in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools. Experience with Python and machine learning is a plus. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Working location : Central Changwattana and able to travel to Gowholesale head office when required.
