Full-Time Corporate English Trainer

Location: Ban Bueng, Chonburi Employment Type: Full-time, 1-year contract Working Days: Monday–Friday Working Hours: 08:00–17:15 Work Arrangement: 100% On-site About the role: We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Corporate English Trainer to provide full-time English language training to employees at our manufacturing site in Ban Bueng, Chonburi. The trainer will be responsible for developing employees' practical English communication skills, ranging from basic English to Business English, with a strong focus on workplace communication for office staff, engineers, supervisors, and other employees. Key responsibilities: Conduct multiple English training classes throughout the week for employees at different proficiency levels. Deliver English courses from Basic/Elementary to Intermediate and Business English. Develop practical workplace English skills, including daily workplace communication, meetings and discussions, business email writing, presentations and public speaking, telephone and online meeting communication, giving opinions, asking questions, and clarifying information, and communication with overseas colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Conduct placement assessments to identify employees' English proficiency levels. Design appropriate lesson plans and learning activities according to employee levels and business needs. Customize training materials and activities to suit a manufacturing and engineering environment. Provide individual and group feedback to improve speaking, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and confidence. Conduct pre-training and post-training assessments and monitor learner progress. Maintain attendance and training records and prepare regular progress reports for HR. Support HR in developing English learning programs and activities across the organization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, Communication, or a related field. Excellent command of spoken and written English with clear, internationally understandable pronunciation. Native or near-native English proficiency. Minimum 2–3 years of English teaching or corporate training experience preferred. Experience teaching adult learners or working professionals is strongly preferred. Able to teach learners ranging from beginner/basic to Business English level. TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or other recognized English teaching certification is an advantage. Experience in corporate, manufacturing, engineering, or technical environments is an advantage. Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills. Patient, adaptable, energetic, and able to build confidence among learners. Able to independently plan lessons and manage multiple classes and learner groups. Comfortable working full-time on-site in Ban Bueng, Chonburi .
