【Key Responsibilities】 Multi-Platform Management: Oversee daily content publishing, audience engagement, and account maintenance across major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu (RedBook). End-to-End Short Video Production: Independently manage the complete short video creation pipeline—including scriptwriting, on-site shooting (mobile/camera), and post-production editing (color grading, subtitling, music, and special effects). The company provides a full set of shooting/editing equipment and software. Visual & Copywriting: Handle daily photography for store operations, products, and events, while drafting engaging copy tailored to the unique style of each platform. Data Tracking & Optimization: Monitor account metrics (views, engagement rates, conversion rates) to continuously refine content themes and publishing strategies. 【Qualifications】 Social Media Power User: Proficient in the algorithm mechanics, viral trends, and pop culture/memes across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu. Independent Video Editing Skills: Proficient in mainstream video editing software such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro, capable of efficiently producing high-paced, eye-catching short videos. Aesthetics & Camera Sense: Strong visual aesthetics with expertise in framing and lighting; able to independently capture high-quality photos and videos using phones or professional cameras. Copywriting Ability: Strong written communication skills ( candidates who excel at using AI tools like ChatGPT for content brainstorming and writing are highly preferred ). Bonus Points: Prior social media operations experience in beauty, Spa/Wellness, hospitality, or luxury service sectors.
