Process end-to-end payroll accurately and on schedule for multiple client accounts. Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, commissions, bonuses, incentives, and statutory deductions. Ensure payroll complies with labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements. Prepare payroll reports, payslips, payroll journals, and bank transfer files. Coordinate with consult to collect, verify, and update employee payroll data. Maintain employee records and ensure payroll information is accurate and confidential. Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner. Support month-end and year-end payroll activities, including tax forms and annual reconciliations. Qualifications & skills requirement: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 1–3 years of payroll administration experience, preferably in a payroll outsourcing or shared services environment. Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory contributions. Experience handling payroll for multiple clients or large employee populations is an advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software/HRIS systems. High attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict payroll deadlines. Strong communication and client service skills. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
