We are looking for a detail-driven System Analyst with a strong background in industrial automation and IT systems. You will bridge the gap between business users, developers, and the shop floor by analyzing requirements, designing technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration between IT systems and PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment. Key Responsibilities Requirement Analysis & System Design: Gather and analyze user requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications and system designs. Design robust system architectures, data flows, and processes using tools such as UML, Flowcharts, ER Diagrams, and BPMN . PLC & Industrial Integration: Write, troubleshoot, and modify PLC programs (e.g., Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Modicon) to ensure proper communication between hardware and software systems. Project Coordination & Collaboration: Act as the primary point of contact between business users, developers, testers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment. Coordinate development and testing phases, actively supporting System Testing and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) while tracking and resolving issues. Documentation & Continuous Improvement: Prepare comprehensive technical specifications and project documentation. Propose recommendations to optimize system performance, workflows, and operational efficiency. Qualifications & Requirements Database Knowledge: Solid understanding of relational databases such as SQL, MySQL, and Oracle . Programming Basics: Foundational knowledge in programming and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, C# ). System Design Tools: Proficiency in using UML, Flowchart, ER Diagram, and BPMN modeling tools. PLC Expertise: Hands-on experience writing and debugging PLC programs across major brands (Siemens, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, Modicon). Soft Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
