Job Responsibilities: Serve as the central liaison between vendors and internal stakeholders throughout the HR system implementation project. Capture and analyse key HR processes and data elements from the legacy HCM system (e.g., hiring, transfers, terminations, leave, time management, and payroll-related information), ensuring alignment with the future-state HR platform. Lead data readiness activities, including data clean-up, migration mapping reviews, and validation of migrated records. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing system testing phases, covering complex payroll processes and system integrations. Manage HR and payroll testing activities, ensuring issues are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with the vendor. Verify that system integrations, including payroll, finance, access control, and other connected systems, meet business requirements and operate effectively. Partner with the vendor and IT teams to develop and execute cutover strategies, including blackout periods, parallel payroll runs, go-live support, and contingency plans. Deliver concise project updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to project leadership and senior stakeholders. Job Requirements Degree Holder in Human Resources or related disciplines Relevant experience in HR Information System Understanding of full time and hourly waged payroll environments Experience with HR data migration and integrations, preferably transforming to modern HRM platform Strong communication and team work mindset
