Clinic Receptionist (Japanese Speaking)

[Job ID:1645442] Responsibilities: Handle incoming telephone enquiries from patients in a professional and courteous manner. Respond to patient email enquiries in Japanese. Perform outpatient reception and registration duties as required. Provide administrative support to clinic operations, including preparation of materials and documentation. Prepare quotations and related business correspondence in Japanese and English. Distribute medical check-up reports and other corporate service reports to clients. Provide cross-functional support to various departments during peak operational periods. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders. Possess working experience in any industry and functional role. Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused with a professional, pleasant, and patient-oriented approach. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work overtime when required due to operational needs. Willingness to work on Saturdays in accordance with company policies.
