Technical Team Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure About the Role We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead – Enterprise Infrastructure to lead the design and delivery of enterprise infrastructure solutions for ERP, SAP, digital transformation, and other enterprise technology projects . You will work closely with customers, technical teams, and technology partners to translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions , while leading technical implementation and project delivery. Key Responsibilities Analyze customer requirements and design end-to-end Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions . Lead infrastructure architecture, implementation, integration, migration, and upgrade activities. Design and support infrastructure across Servers, OS, Virtualization, Networking, Storage, and Cloud environments. Design and support Hybrid Cloud / Multi-Cloud solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Lead technical teams and coordinate with Application, Database, Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other technical teams. Design and implement Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR), and High Availability (HA) solutions. Ensure solutions meet requirements for Security, Availability, Performance, Scalability, and Reliability . Manage technology vendors, partners, and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and integration issues and provide technical direction to project teams. Prepare Solution Designs, Architecture Diagrams, Technical Documentation, and Implementation Procedures . Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and solution presentations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field. 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Infrastructure, Infrastructure Consulting, System Administration, Infrastructure Architecture, or related areas. 3+ years of experience leading infrastructure implementation projects or technical teams. Strong experience with Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization, Networking, Storage, and Backup & Recovery . Experience with DR / HA solutions and enterprise infrastructure environments. Experience with Cloud Infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience with Hybrid Cloud / Multi-Cloud is an advantage. Knowledge of Infrastructure Security, Monitoring, Performance Tuning, Automation, or DevOps is an advantage. Experience working on ERP, SAP, Digital Transformation, or other Enterprise Technology Projects is an advantage. Experience in SAP implementation projects will be an advantage. Strong customer-facing, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills . Good command of spoken and written English .
