Position: Sales Manager (Food Industry) Roles and Responsibilities: Monitor market trends, analyze sales opportunities, and seek new business from existing and prospective clients. Ensure the sales team achieves corporate KPIs, departmental KPIs, and individual KPIs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and team management within the food industry. Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the sales team to achieve goals. Proficient in sales data analysis and proactive strategic planning. Understanding of food industry standards such as GMP, BRC, HACCP, and ISO. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office ERP and SAP systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel. English communication skills are a plus.
