Supervise and control product quality throughout the production process in accordance with company standards Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, and Food Safety requirements Inspect raw materials, packaging materials, and in-process products Monitor, investigate, and follow up on quality issues, including corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) Prepare, review, and maintain quality documents and records (QA/QC records, inspection reports) Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, and related departments to resolve quality issues Supervise and guide QA/QC staff to ensure proper quality practices Support internal and external audits (e.g., customer audits, government inspections) Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
