Plan, implement, and monitor occupational health, safety, and environmental management systems in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Conduct workplace safety inspections and risk assessments in production areas, warehouses, and supporting facilities. Prepare, maintain, and control safety-related documents, records, and reports in accordance with legal requirements. Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce risks. Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees, such as workplace safety, PPE usage, fire prevention, and emergency response. Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare investigation reports and corrective action plans. Coordinate with government authorities and related agencies on safety, health, and environmental matters. Ensure compliance with occupational safety, health, and environmental laws and company policies. Support internal and external audits and customer audits . Promote and develop a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
