Position Overview We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who is not only a tech enthusiast but also an excellent communicator. In this role, you will do more than just write clean code; you will act as a key technical liaison, collaborating directly with our diverse clients across Thailand, AEC countries, Australia, and Japan . You will work closely with our Senior Lead Full Stack Developer to maintain and optimize our robust legacy systems, while actively driving the architecture and development of our next-generation platforms. You can manage your own schedule, with core collaboration hours designated for team syncs and client alignment. Situation-Based Collaboration & Meetings: For International Clients (AEC, Australia, Japan) : Communication and meetings are conducted 100% Online. For Local Thai Clients : Occasional on-site visits to the client's office may be required based on project needs and key milestones. Internal Team : Our Bangkok office remains fully open and available whenever you prefer a physical space to collaborate or meet with the team in person. Key Responsibilities Client Collaboration & Communication: Act as a technical point of contact for clients (Local and International: AEC, Australia, Japan). Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Present technical concepts and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders clearly and confidently. Attend on-site meetings at local Thai clients' offices when necessary and conduct professional online meetings with overseas clients. Full Stack Development & System Maintenance: Maintain, optimize, and troubleshoot existing enterprise applications built on AngularJS, .NET Framework 4.6.1, and MS SQL. Manage message queuing and system integration using RabbitMQ . Use Git for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and code quality through code reviews. System Modernization & Future Roadmap: Play a key role in upgrading and migrating our legacy stack to modern technologies. Help architect, develop, and transition the system into Angular 17+, .NET 8+, and Prime NG . Qualifications Technical Skills (Current & Future Stack) Frontend : Strong experience with AngularJS . Eagerness and capability to work with/migrate to Angular 17+ and Prime NG are highly preferred. Backend : Proven experience with C# .NET Framework (4.6.1+) and a solid understanding of .NET 8+ (or modern .NET Core). Database : Proficient in MS SQL Server (writing complex queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning). Tools & Integration : Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ (or other message brokers), Git, MS Visual Studio, and VS Code . Soft Skills & Communication Languages : Strong command of Thai and English (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with international clients. (Japanese language skills are a huge plus but not mandatory). Interpersonal : Excellent communication, presentation, and consultation skills. Ability to build trust and maintain great relationships with clients. Flexibility & Professionalism : Ready to adapt to hybrid meeting setups (comfortable with online collaborations and willing to travel for on-site client meetings within Thailand when required). Self-Management : Outstanding self-discipline, time management, and asynchronous communication skills to thrive in a fully flexible, remote environment.
