About the role We are looking for experienced SAP Consultants to support SAP S/4HANA development, transformation, stabilization and ongoing production operations. Depending on project requirements, the successful candidate will contribute across one or more of the following specialist areas: * SAP ABAP on HANA and S/4HANA development * SAP SD/MM/VMS support and hypercare-to-BAU transition * SAP Warranty, Quality Management and automotive-related processes You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, solution architects and integration teams to deliver reliable, scalable and high-performing SAP solutions. Key responsibilities Develop and enhance SAP S/4HANA applications using ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, SAP Gateway, Fiori/UI5, RAP and SAP BTP. Deliver custom developments, RICEF objects, enhancements, BAdIs, user exits and integration APIs. Support S/4HANA conversions, custom-code remediation, simplification activities, SPAU/SPDD and SAP Clean Core practices. Manage SAP SD, MM, Logistics Execution, Supply Chain and VMS processes across procurement, stock, sales, fulfilment and after-sales operations. Support SAP Warranty Management, Quality Management, defect processing, claims, quality notifications, inspection activities and CAPA processes. Troubleshoot complex incidents and defects across functional, integration, data, access and backend layers. Provide L2/L3 and Tier-3 support, including root-cause analysis, permanent-fix delivery and problem management. Support hypercare stabilisation, BAU transition, releases and deployments. Prepare technical documentation and knowledge articles, and manage stakeholder priorities effectively. What you bring Minimum 6 years of SAP functional support and configuration experience; 8–12 years is preferred for senior ABAP or SD/VMS-focused responsibilities. Proven experience working in SAP S/4HANA environments, ideally including at least one full lifecycle implementation or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation. Strong capability in one or more of the following areas: ABAP on HANA, ABAP OO, CDS Views, AMDP, OData, Fiori/UI5, RAP, BTP and SAP integrations. SAP SD/MM/VMS, Procurement, MRP, Logistics Execution, Supply Chain and high-volume support operations. SAP Warranty, QM, claims management, defect processing, quality notifications and automotive service processes. Strong troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, incident and problem-management skills. Experience working with highly customised SAP landscapes and cross-functional integrations. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work onsite when required. SAP certification is advantageous. Additional advantages Automotive, manufacturing, vehicle distribution, dealership, heavy-equipment or industrial-products experience. Knowledge of SAP PM/EAM or EWM. ABAP or RAP knowledge for functional debugging and solution design. Experience with SAP Business Partner architecture, embedded analytics and Fiori troubleshooting.
