Civil Labourers & Roller Operators | $37 - 39 /hr + Penalties | Immediate Start Immediate starts | Ongoing civil & subdivision work | Great hourly rates We're currently looking for experienced Civil Labourers and Roller Operators to join busy civil and subdivision projects. If you're reliable, experienced and happy to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you. What's on offer $37-39 per hour + penalties & allowances Immediate starts Ongoing work available Consistent civil/subdivision projects Opportunity for long-term work Monday–Friday work with overtime opportunities Civil Labourers You'll be involved in: General civil labouring and site support Conduits, kerbs, footpaths and bio basins Grade checking, levelling and site preparation Spotting plant and assisting operators General site duties Retaining wall / concrete sleeper experience highly regarded Roller Operators: This is a 50/50 Roller Operating & Civil Labouring role. You'll be: Operating rollers on civil/subdivision sites Compacting roads, trenches and earthworks Working alongside excavator, grader and other plant operators Completing general civil labouring when required What we're looking for Previous civil construction experience Roller operating experience for operator positions White Card – mandatory Relevant RII/tickets where required Reliable and safety-focused attitude Ability to work as part of a team Immediate availability Ready to get to work?
