System Analyst (QA)

Responsibilities Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high‑quality deliverables, including new processes, quality documentation, and quality audits. Analyze and understand system workflows, architectures, and system components. Conduct impact analyses, validate requirements, and prepare system documentation. Perform SIT, UAT and investigate production issues. Prepare technical reports, diagrams, and system documentation. Collaborate with development teams to conduct quality assurance reviews. Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls and identify opportunities for performance improvement. Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. Over 5 years of relevant experience as a System Analyst, Developer, or Engineer. At least 4 years of experience in IT audit, quality management, or related disciplines. Proficient in C++ and C#, with the ability to understand and trace complex logic. Strong understanding of Windows platform applications and system integration. Knowledge of cybersecurity concepts (secure coding, encryption, authentication) preferred. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong communication skills, with a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Self‑motivated team player with the ability to work under pressure.
