What You’ll Do · Manage customer onboarding from kickoff to deployment, timeline, training, and customer expectations. · Installation and support of servers, switches, NAS, and virtualization technologies. · Create project documentation - UAT documents, system overviews, user manuals, and reports. · Provide L1/L2 tech-support to resolve customer issues quickly. · Join a rotating 24/7 technical phone support schedule. · Manage administration, backups, recovery, performance tuning, and fault handling of the cloud platform. · Maintain smooth operations through routine upkeep and proactive improvements. · Build automation scripts to improve operational efficiency. · Support sales and consultant with testing, solution validation, and product demos for prospects. What We’re Looking For · A degree in Telecommunications, IT, or Engineering. · Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux, virtualization, MyriaDB/MySQL, VPNs, and firewalls. · Basic programming/scripting skills in any language — we value capability over syntax. · A collaborative spirit, self‑motivation, and the ability to work independently. · Fresh grads with strong results and a hungry‑to‑learn attitude are very welcome! If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. Then check which countries have the volume you're targeting. Singapore, Poland, and Australia round out the top five after India and the US.
