Responsibilities The Senior Software Developer is a senior technical contributor responsible for designing, developing,integrating, and supporting business-critical applications across multiple technologies. The role requires strong software engineering fundamentals, ownership of end-to-end delivery, problem-solving skills, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Experience with Salesforce is an advantage but not mandatory. The successful candidate should leverage AI tools responsibly to improve development productivity, quality, testing, and documentation. Job Duties · Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications across multiple technologies, including Java, JavaScript, APIs, databases, cloud services, and business application platforms. · Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and provide effort estimates,technical designs, and delivery plans. · Develop high-quality, secure, maintainable, and reusable code following engineering standards,code review practices, and testing methodologies. · Work across different technologies and platforms, including learning and contributing to Salesforce-related development when required. · Use AI-assisted development tools to improve coding efficiency, analysis, testing, documentation, and overall delivery outcomes while validating all generated outputs. · Support Agile delivery activities, deployments, defect resolution, production incidents, root-cause analysis, and technical documentation. Requirements · Minimum 5-7 years of professional software development experience delivering enterprise applications. · Hands-on experience with JavaScript and at least one backend technology such as Java or Node.js. · Experience working with APIs, integrations, databases, and modern application development practices. · Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, platforms, and business domains quickly. · Experience using AI tools (e.g., Copilot, AI coding assistants, documentation and testing tools) to improve productivity and delivery quality. · Experience working in Agile environments with source control, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation. · Exposure to Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components, or Salesforce certifications would be an added advantage. · Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
