Key Responsibilities Analyze data for key logistics services (same-day, next-day, self-pickup, sea freight, etc.) and provide operational support. Monitor network quality by analyzing delivery performance, customer complaints, lost/damaged parcels, AI quality control, and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements. Support major projects through data extraction, analysis, performance evaluation, and progress tracking. Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc network quality reports. Monitor end-to-end delivery operations, identify quality issues, and assist in implementing improvement plans. Develop data models and performance metrics to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data-related issues and drive projects. Requirements Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic to intermediate data analysis and processing skills. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience in the courier, express, or logistics industry is preferred. Willing to travel for site visits when necessary.
